A customized strength and wellness package designed to help you achieve your unique goals. Emphasis is placed on making movement fit your lifestyle and your body.. Wellness plan and accountability coaching includes 4 coaching calls per month and unlimited email support to help you establish movement that is sustainable, enjoyable, and supports your overall health and wellness goals. $200/month
IN PERSON + ONLINE TRAINING
Combination of once weekly in person training combined with online program design and accountability coaching. Personal strength and movement plan tailored to your unique goals. Coaching designed to help you with body image, confidence, mindset, and making lasting habit changes.
Weekly coaching calls as well as unlimited email support. $400 per month.
